In order to help keep us from having a long line of people waiting to drive a vehicle, we will be setting up appointment times for willing participants. Today each student currently enrolled in the band and choir program will be given an appointment sheet, and asked to find two willing participants. There can only be one participant per household, so only one parent can participate. Participants will sign up for a time, and students need to bring back the appointment sheets by Friday, October 12.
Finally, we also will need several adult volunteers on the day of the event. Volunteers can either work from 8:30 am until 11:30 am, or from 11:30 am until 2:30 pm. If you can help us on that day, please email us as soon as possible. Volunteers can work a shift and then drive a car too, helping out in two ways!
I want to thank all of you for your incredible support of the Bremen music program. I know we just finished taking orders for Cheese and Sausage, and would have preferred to not do this event immediately after. However, we could not pass up such an easy way to help us raise necessary funds to keep our music program strong. Thank you again for your support, and your students thank you too.
